Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the Conference proceedings. Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) who avail IEEE membership deduction have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg. form. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form, which will be uploaded later in this space shorlty. Send your completed copyrights forms to icdcs12@karunya.edu.

NOTE: Either electronically sign the PDF Copyright form or Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send the form.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper to icdcs12@karunya.edu in accordance with the standard IEEE format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted). The IEEE common template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

Step 4 - Registration
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to icdcs12@karunya.edu.

Step 5 - Mode of Payment
